I am guessing, that because you are browsing my website, you are ready to change something in your life. As you can see from the Testimonials at the bottom of this page, I have helped clients with complex difficulties, to take their lives back and have equipped them with tools to both understand and deal effectively with their challenges, and overcome mental, emotional and physical habits that previously had stopped them from performing at their best.
I will help you to think about your problem(s) in new and more empowering ways. While acknowledging your unique story, my therapy focuses on the GOAL YOU BRING to therapy. And my job is to help you step by step reaching your goal. This is a collaborative process.
Many of our problems coping could be seen as bad mental and physical habits. The key to breaking them is to start thinking in new positive positive ways, interacting in new ways with others, and learning how to act in positive ways. To simply ask different questions and do something different is the key.
We will address immediately your anxiety problems, including Trauma or fear-related symptoms. This we will do usually within 4 sessions.

I dare say you will surprise yourself: Re-discovering all the strengths that you do have, and how much you will enjoy designing the steps towards your goal.
We will be using Hypnosis/relaxation to deeply relax you, embed at what you have arrived at during the talking first half of the session. During Hypnosis you will be enabled to create new mental and emotional habits for yourself.

You will notice that you are responding differently to previously challenging situations soon. Doing some do-able, small home work and listening to your relaxation recording nightly will re-connect you with your very own natural resources, calm you progressively, improve your confidence and build resilience.
Your therapeutic journey will be as unique as you are, and at your own pace.
Having said that, I work quickly. Many difficulties can be overcome, and lasting change achieved in 6-12 sessions. Specific phobias in 4 sessions, Smoking cessation in two hours. Depression and OCD programmes can go up to 12-16 session, but sometimes can take just 6.
I also offer WEEKEND THERAPY RETREATS FOR BUSY PROFESSIONALS AND PARENTS.
I will make sure you feel better after each session, and will try my utmost to help you reach your goal as quickly as possible.
