Many of our problems are like bad mental, emotional and physical habits.  The key to breaking them is to start thinking in new positive ways, asking new questions,  interacting in positive ways and doing positive things.  Doing something different is the key that will lead you towards the goal you bring to therapy.

I will provide you with a toolkit that you will be able to use in your daily life, and I will equip you with an understanding of how the brain creates your particular difficulty, whether it is anxiety, insomnia, anger, depression, PTSD or Phobias.  Solution-focused Hypnotherapy is always focused on the goal, and how you can get there in the quickest and simplest way possible. Therefore, clients find it empowering. Clients usually surprise themselves when they re-discover all the natural strengths and skills they do have, and also because they start enjoying taking initiatives again.

We will be using Hypnosis-Relaxation to deepen and embed what you have arrived at during the talking part of the session. In other words, you will be able to create new mental, emotional and physical habits for yourself.  You will very soon notice that you are responding differently to situations that have been challenging for some time.  Listening to the relaxation recording nightly will re-connect you with your natural resources, and you will discover how to use them during times when you need them most.

Another major outcome of a Hypnotherapy treatment plan reported by clients is that it improves both restorative and REM sleep, so that you wake up in the mornings feeling ready to go and motivated.
